Job Description: Sales Operations Manager

The Sales & Marketing Operations Manager at Eduphoria is tech-savvy but not tech-first. The Partnerships team needs technical talent who can translate sales operations tools and sales and marketing automation into business and customer value. The Sales & Marketing Operations Manager will report to the Director of Partnerships and will be responsible for coordinating marketing automation, sales databases, and Eduphoria’s CRM; developing custom reporting and campaign analytics; coordinating operations between Marketing, Partnerships, and Business Operations; managing RFP responses, and providing sales operation support to the Partnerships Team. Additionally, the Sales & Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with the Marketing department to ensure accurate and timely distribution of sales leads and to provide support for regional and national conferences and events.

Responsibilities/ Function

  • CRM
    • Collaborate with Business Operations and Marketing to ensure and maintain data integrity/hygiene within Netsuite
    • Manage lead imports and marketing analysis
    • Create custom reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support sales and marketing effectiveness
  • Sales Support
    • Work with the leadership to establish best practices for prospecting, sales pipeline, sales forecasting, and account management within the CRM
    • Drive CRM & productivity tool usage
    • Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Executives on reporting and data analysis to support customer relationships and sales strategy/tactics
    • Train the sales team on pipeline and forecasting best practices
    • Collaborate across teams to increase internal usage of sales tools
  • RFP Project Management
    • Coordinate the evaluation, completion, submission, and delivery of RFP responses
    • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure consistent brand and voice on RFP responses
  • Marketing Support
    • Coordinate operations between Marketing and Partnerships to ensure appropriate handling of marketing- and sales-qualified leads
    • Support Marketing and Partnership efforts at regional and national conferences and events
  • Internal Communication
    • Communicate effectively and regularly with Department Directors, Account Executives and Account Managers

Skills and Personal Attributes

  • 2+ years in sales operations and/or sales support in a K-12 education company
  • 2+ years of experience in K-12 education purchasing practices
  • Expertise with Salesforce, NetSuite, and/or other CRMs and sales tools
  • Experience with sales cycles, sales methodologies, and sales processes in K-12
  • Experience with marketing analytics, website maintenance, and K-12 education RFP responses
  • Possesses high charisma with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Experience in building or supporting healthy team cultures

Location

Plano, TX or Austin, TX with occasional travel between the two locations
