Job Description: Partnership Coordinator

Eduphoria’s Business Team is a tight knit team who communicates openly and freely while maintaining a light hearted atmosphere. Our supportive leaders strive to provide us with everything we need to succeed here at Eduphoria. Our team covers a wide range of back office functions including; A/R, A/P, HR, Partner communication, and Software License management. We have opportunities to learn new systems to support automating our workload as we continue to grow as a company. This position is full-time in the Dallas/Plano area.

Responsibilities/ Functions

  • License partner products to customers
  • Partner Reconciliation
  • Software License Renewal Communications
  • Review and Audit Software Licenses
  • Maintain customer billing information by coordinating with others on your team
  • Assist with administrative requests from Executive Team
  • Ordering and maintaining an inventory of office supplies

Skills and Personal Attributes

  • Google Suite knowledge or Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Open communication and ability to both give and receive feedback in a supportive environment
  • Ownership of every aspect of your responsibilities
  • Notary License, or ability to obtain
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of Eduphoria Software
